Hailing from the Nullarbor desert in SouthOz and growing up alongside the traditional Mirning people of whale dreaming country, DEYA’s take on music is wide screen. IN THE MIX hailed it as “exquisitely produced, reminiscent of The Knife or Bjork and yet completely, refreshingly, unique.” April 2011 sees the release of DEYA DOVA REMIXED, an explosive omnibus of remixes served up by 14 cutting edge artists from around the world including electronic legend Juno Reactor (Metropolis / UK), Antix (Iboga / NZ), Switchbox (Plastik Park / Germany), Desert Dwellers (DesertTrax / USA), to mention a few.
